I – OBJECT
The following Terms and Conditions (hereafter the “T&C”) define the rights and obligations of DIONE COLLECTION LTD. (hereafter the “Dione”) and its Customer for the sale of Goods accessible through this website: [www.dionecollection.com] (hereafter the “Website”).
Any sale of Goods executed by Dione therefore implies the acceptance without reserves by the Customer of the present T&C.
II – PRODUCTS
The Goods offered for sale are those featured on the Website. Dione makes every effort to accurately present and describe the Goods. It is, however, possible that the Website may contain minor errors, which you recognise and accept. In the event of any non-compliance of the Good delivered with its description on the Website, Dione agrees, at its sole discretion, to remedy to such non-compliance, by either replacing the said non-complying Good or refund the Customer of the paid amount for the Goods (excluding any outstanding delivery charges).
Order will be validated and confirmed after the payment. The customer shall receive an email from Dione Collection Ltd to confirm the order. Dione Collection Ltd is entitled to refuse an order made by a customer should there be any dispute in correlation to the payment of an order, or any other reason related to the respect of the general terms&condition of this website.
In case the product that you ordered is no longer available, Dione Collection Ltd will inform you by email as quickly as possible and will refund your paiement using Paypal.
III – ORDERS
Order of the Goods will be validated and confirmed after full payment by the Customer. The Customer shall receive an email from Dione as confirmation of the order. Dione is entitled to refuse an order made by a Customer in case any dispute arise from the payment of the Goods, or any other reasons related to the respect of the present T&C.
Shall the ordered Good be no longer available, Dione will inform you of the same by email as promptly as possible and will refund your payment through PayPal©.
IV – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Website are in EUROS, registered shipping included. Prices invoiced to the Customer are those applicable at the date of order.
Prices may change, without prior notice, but Dione commits to invoice the Customer’s order on the basis of the prices displayed on the Website at the time of your order.
Invoices are payable through PayPal©.
V – SHIPMENT
Dione delivers worldwide through Registered Courier Thailand services. The delay for delivery is approximatively 3 weeks. However, this delay may vary depending on the countries where the order must be delivered.
You may request an express shipment at the time of the order for which additional charges may apply. Express shipment will be processed through EMS courier Thailand services and should be delivered within 7 working days. In case, your country of delivery is not covered by EMS International, outstanding delivery charges may apply to your order. In such situation, Dione will inform you by email of the said delivery charge, and Customer shall be free to cancel the order.
If you do not receive your order in due time, please contact Dione’s customer service at: email@example.com. In your email indicate: reference of the Good(s), tracking number of the parcel, name and address of delivery.
Dione shall not be held responsible and/or liable for late delivery, lost or damaged parcel by courier services, which are not due to Dione’s wrongdoing.
The shipment of the Goods should be prepared within 2 days after the Dione’s email of order confirmation. In the event, Dione needs extra time to prepare Customer’s order for shipping, Customer will be informed of the same through email, and Customer shall be free to cancel its order and obtain full refund of its order.
Dione shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any fees, taxes, or leviers related to or in connexion with custom regulations, potentially applicable to the Goods.
VI – EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Customer shall be free to return its purchase 7 days after reception of the Goods, provided that Goods are not damaged, and remain in their original condition, and also, provided that Customer send an email to Dione’s customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and receives from Dione an email of confirmation granting the return of Goods.
Shall the Goods be return in original conditions, Dione will proceed to the refund of Customer’s payment.
For return, Customer is responsible for all delivery costs. Dione requests from the Customer to use courier delivery service, allowing tracking of the parcel. The latter shall be communicated to Dione’s customer service.
VII – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present T&C are construed in accordance with the laws of [Hong-Kong SAR].
In the event, that a dispute arise in connection with the present T&C, Dione and the Customer agree to attempt to amicably solve the dispute, before any further legal proceedings. Falling that, the courts of [Hong-Kong SAR] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please note that it is Customer responsibility to make all appropriate efforts to protect its data and/or software while surfing on Internet.

The present website is hosted by: GoDaddy with SSL security hosting.
III. COLLECTING INFORMATION
All data are securely stored and can be accessed only by Dione. Customer personal data will not be sold or transfer to any third parties companies. Customer banking and payment information are not in Dione’s possession since all transactions are processed through PayPal©.
